  • Why is the tax on my order estimated?

Customers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance. Normally, a small parcel of dog clothes to most countries won’t cause tax. For more information, please contact your customs.

  • How long does it takes to deliver my order?

  • Do I need to create an account to buy from your online store?

You can place an order without an account, but creating one can save you time during future checkouts.   1. Click ‘Login/signin’ on the top right corner of the site, and then choose 'Create Account'.
    2. Enter your personal information as requested.
    3. Enter your "login information"
    4. Enter your email address and set a password.
    5. Click "create an account". Then you will receive a "Customer account activation" email. Congratulations, your pet-mingle account is created.

SHOPPING TIPS

  • What should I do if the item I bought is out of stock?

Most items are currently in stock. If we find that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or we will refund you if we get no response from you within 7 business days.

  • How can I figure out my pet's size?

To figure out size.

  1. If between sizes, please size up.
  2. Our clothes are NOT suitable for large breeds of dogs.
  3. Always choose sizes according to the latest measurement of your pet.
  4. Your baby usually wears size S doesn't mean all size S will fit him/her. Different designers and manufacturers use their own size charts.
  5. If your pet is under one year old and still growing, please take this into consideration.
    Please always choosing the size by the measurement of your pet (The chest girth and back length), not the weight or breeds simply. Your carefully choice will avoid plenty of inconvenience of returns.
